“I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. “We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

Wasn't keen on the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Even with blind down you can see through to the toilet area. All staff helpful and polite. Liked the different areas around the pool and slope down to tiny beach area. Excellent idea to have a buzzer for staff to take poolside orders. Took advantage of the 8am yoga and pilates classes...
