“Fabulous location and big pool. Another villa next door but well screened and you don't really notice they are there. Very clean, lovely wee touches like shower gels, shampoo etc. Has BBQ and very cute resident gecko who comes out on the wall every night to eat moths.”

“Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach”

“We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

“Excellent balcony view. Much better than the images online. Easy walk up to it. Only two things that need improving is the air conditioning is very loud in the bedrooms and living room (although you can leave it on when you go out!) and theres nobody at reception until you call them (they leave a number at the door and they come up in 2minutes). We would definitely return”

“Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. ”
