"Perfect location for a quiet relaxing break"

"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. "Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing, the staff are so attentive, they made us feel so comfortable. We have been to many Greek Islands and the island of kefalonia tops them all. This hotel is definitely one of the best on the island and the area of agya Effimia is a beautiful part of the island"

The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms.
