"Great hotel in perfect location. A lot of sites within walking distance and otherwise U2 station is next door to go to Alexanderplatz or Charlottenburg castle. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Theatre am Potsdam with the new Cirque du Soleil show. Room spacious and staff very friendly. "

"Very friendly staff, clean and large room, great location next to train station and the surrounding area was clean and safe. The only thing we didn't like was they charge to store your bags (we've visited 9 hotels in 6 countries on this trip and they're the only one who charged). They offered us to take the early check in fee instead, which came with a room upgrade, but I didn't like having to pay extra for a service others offered for free."
"We love Park Inn because this hotel situated very convenient place, just 1-2mins from Alexanderplatz Station which if you catch faster train such as RB8, only within 30 mins to the airport to the hotel. U2 train entrance is just next to it. This occasion we chose Standard City View room which has great view from our room toward the tower and Christmas Market under the hotel and opposite side of the station. Coffee pod machine in the room but you could request a kettle and teabags at the reception. The reception staffs were very friendly and very efficient. After checked out, the hotel offered us suitcase storage for €2 per luggage (stayed guest only). This is quite reasonable price than other luggage storage facilities near the station. Strongly recommended. We are very sure we’ll be back next time visiting Berlin for sure. "
"This hotel was amazing, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room was great. We did book an exec suite and it stated it had a balcony, which we didn't, not sure why. But the bathroom was very spacious with a deep bath tub. Even me at 6' could easily ly back and sink into the bath.. There were only 2-3 things I thought could have been better, but I'm being really picky.
They were that we had to ask for the coffee to be replenished at reception and this was embarrassing as I wasn't sure if this was included or we had to purchase ourselves. I also noticed that the bedside table was extremely dusty and it had not been cleaned. I also had to leave a note for the staff to replenish the sugar in my room. We were staying for 5 nights, and tbh I thought this would be standard to be replaced. The fact we had to prompt the room staff was not great. Overall, we would 100% come back to this hotel, but the head of the the room staff need to be on top of their cleaners/maids, as they do not do a thorough job in my opinion. Guests, paying £200+ p/n should not have to ask for sugar/coffee etc. The Hotel is in a great location, right next to Christmas markets, Postdamer platz train station and the 2 malls. I gave 5 stars as the positives completely outweighed any negatives. "
"The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. There was free coffee in the dining area after breakfast closed that was available until 9:00 pm. "
"This is the best hotel in Berlin but it's more than that to us. Its a wonderful experience filled with first class customer service. The staff make it work. No one will walk past you without acknowlegding you. The hotel itself is wonderful and the location is great, near transportation, but its the great staff that really make it. Thank you. "
