“Like: 1. behind the property is a stretch of beach 2. all 3 rooms are air-conditioned 3. Clean 4. Many kitchen utensils 5. Owner is speedily responsive (through whatsapp because of the pandemic) Don’t like: 1. Only 1 bathroom 2. The bed is creaky 3. The mattress isn’t comfy”

“Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. ”

“The unit need some repairing. The shower leaking, shocking to know that no towels and no blankets provided no iron no hair dryer etc. it’s my first experience in such condo-style stay. Maybe I need to get prepared next time. But some basic things need to be considered by the management.”

“1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out 2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading. 3) rundown furnitures most of it. Beds - sagging mattresses sunk in the middle, sofa - material almost torn apart, chairs - sunken, parquet tiles missing here and there. 4) water heater all ruined and wasn’t told. No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

“Surrounding is quiet, property is spacious and easy to locate. Beach is about 5mins drive away. Room comfort can be improved such as installing air con units in all the rooms as it can be very warm.”

“This is the most awesome guest house I ever stayed. Super clean and everything u need in a house are there. Tv, fridge, washing machine, a game arcade, a private pool and wifi. Nice bedroom. Hassle free check in.”

“Poorly maintain property. 2 out of 3 water heater not working. Bed too thin. Insufficient blanket. Sofa in bad condition. Safety big concern. Back door grill door no pad lock. Kitchen door no knob. Have to devise own lock. Took very long time to respond to the WA mssg. Almost cancel. Regret didn’t.”

“방에 딸려있는 작은 수영장과 방컨디션은 정말 만족스러웠습니다 다만 방밖으로 나오면 할게 없다는 단점. 큰 호텔인데 편의점하나 없고 호텔 해변에 있는 현지식당은 어처구니없을정도로 형편없었습니다 호텔에서 택시로 10분거리에 식당은 저렴하고 먹을만했구요. 액티비티또한 제공된 자료와는 많이 달랐구요. 방은 깨끗하고 넓고 이쁘고~맘에 쏙~ ”
