"I didnt feel i was welcome by the Indian receptionists, seemed they were looking down upon me. The second I entered the room, I felt disgusted, the room was old, the washroom smelled musty, hairs and unknown dark bits were on the floor, the yellowish pillow covers smelled oily, like they werent even changed. dead insects were found inside the cupboard and closet, air con was noisy, the hot water wasnt hot enough, I found no toothbrush, no cups, no kettle, no toilet paper, no bottled water were found in the room, which was totally untrue from what Hotels.com stated on this hotel page...I went to the reception and kinda complain why? The Indian receptionist simply replied 'Well, this is a budget hotel, you can get whatever you want at the next convenience store'! The maddest thing was that they didnt even clean my room! while hotels.com stated there's 'Daily cleaning' Absolutely not! I complained to another Indian receptionist that my room wasnt cleaned, she said 'Oh no, we normally would clean the room once every two days! and, if you want it to be clean, you would have to let us know in advance!' I was really pissed... Moreover, I booked this hotel weeks in advance, the rate was non-refundable, around MR 300, but then when I got to the hotel, i checked the price again, it dropped to a walkin price with just MR 50! This is almost a fraud. I regret I didnt take more pics to show you as evdience!"

"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids there shiver when they walk around "

"The worst hotel I've ever been to. What is shown on the live site is not at all what we got. The rooms were filty.esp the bathroom. The water tap was not even functioning properly. Regret booking this place. Also booked 2 rooms with 2 queenbeds but the receptionist said only have 1 room with 2 queenbeds. I was given a room with 1 queenbed for the price of 2 queenbeds.totally disappointed with the room and the condition with poor cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel. "
