“A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy”

“As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. “This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. ”

“The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them.
