The nonsmoking room smelled so bad a smoke I had to get Lysol and a smoke candle. Floor so dirty I had to clean it with dawn and towels were black when I was done hair all in shower just the worst hotel . Wish I could upload the picture

I would never stay here again. The staff was nice and friendly. HOWEVER. THE ROOM AND THE FURNITURE WAS NASTY. The bad thing about it, is the staff knows it.

Don’t go!
The first room I was assigned was so smokey I had to ask for a different room. I could not breathe! The second room was dirty, falling apart. The chair was so stained I had to ask for a cover blanket to throw on it before I would even think about sitting on it. Ceiling tiles stained, piles of garbage sat for days at dumpster right outside my room. Bugs in kitchen. It was awful.

They oversold it even though i prepaid it weeks before. Ahd they overssold the next one i went to even though they sold me a room by phone. So i had no room from two of them. And the person at the front desk said they had never experienced "oversold" until they worked at Extended Stay

Confirmed is not confirmed IF hotel overbooked.
When we got to the hotel to check-in, I was told they were overbooked and my reservation was 1 of the 3 they had to cancel. They said they tried to call to let me know but were unable to reach me. No message left or call received. Advised they checked all Ext Stays in KC area & all were booked. However, Hotels.com showed several Ext Stays w/availability. Very unfriendly & offered no info for other hotels in area to begin a new hotel stay search.

Reserved ground floor unit for elderly access and ended up on the 3rd floor. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this hotel. What appeared to be homeless people hanging around the grounds. I've stayed at a lot of motels this one was very dirty especially when they have on the website they renovated in 2020. There was no renovated room. The room was filthy, cloth chair at the table had material coming off, cloth chair was just filthy and bathtub had the paint peeling off.

I cancelled my reservation after finding the room wreaked of smoke and there was no other room available as an option. Even tho the property was advertised as noon smoking this clearly was false advertising. I am expecting a full refund of my money for this room. Staying was not an option as the smoke would have triggered allergy attack.

The property was a dump the door wouldn't lock the phone didn't work it was an extended stay and there were no amenities including a coffee maker in the room the remote to one of the TVs was missing. They tried to find me another room because the door not locking and out of the three they took me to is what she all had left one was occupied one the door was jammed and they couldn't get it open and the other one was being used to storage I left and eventually got my money back

The bed is not a comfortable place to rest for someone who has driven more than 15 hours, sheets with hair and the bathroom cup very dirty.

The property was not what I expected from the pictures. The outside was not very clean and it was obvious that people were living there and were outside smoking and hanging around the building. They had loose dogs and one even ran up to my two year old. We entered the room and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped after the last guest. I was surprised the bed sheets were cleaned. The door locks were not in very good shape but thankfully we made it work for two nights. There were stains on the walls and the bed was not in very good condition. Aside from that, it was just my two year old and I and you could hear people being loud through the thin walls and could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I didn’t feel very safe while walking outside due to the many people sitting around and standing outside everywhere. The toilet began having issues and it would not flush properly and it then overflowed and went on to the floor. The experience was not pleasant and the deposit was $200 so we were unable to be refunded or go elsewhere. Will not be going back.
