Very beautiful hotel. The room is, however, quite aged. The location has very easy access to the outlet and theme park. The breakfast buffet is pricy but offers great food selections.

The hotel personnel was definitely a huge plus! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! The mall and the food options were only a few minutes walk and the hotel was less than 15 min taxi ride from Fo Guang Shan Museum. The food option at the buffet breakfast was decent, but coffee wasn't very good.

Hotel was nice and grand. Breakfast was good. Surrounding areas/mall closes at 10:00pm, so last call to eat at those restaurants around 9:00pm? Shower had good water pressure. Elevators were fast. Located on a hill and perhaps 15-20 minutes from city center by car.

Pro: Our stay was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our room, the complimentary breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary ticket to ride on the Ferris wheel. Overall I highly recommend. Con: the room was very nice, but could use a little updating. Mostly the carpet and technology.

Incredible stay

Stayed for one night. From checking in to check out time, all the staff were incredible. Extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was super clean and spacious. The outlet is just across the street and you can shop till you drop! After shopping we decided to try the buffet restaurant for dinner. So many Options including king crab legs! All the seafood was fresh and there were options for every preference. The restaurant was super full at breakfast time but they had planned ahead and prepared the banquet hall as a makeshift buffet with all the same breakfast options to avoid long queues and people being hungry. Just impeccable service. There are shuttles to and from the HSR, super convenient!

The hotel itself is a bit old which is okay. Property is mostly well maintained with some obvious repairs needed but not addressed. I stayed in the race car theme room which was a great size and well stocked. I really enjoyed the toiletries. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Outdoor swimming pool was pleasant until it started storming. Water slide is unremarkable and can be skipped. Indoor water area is nice with a lot of spa options. Dinner buffet was average but worth the price. Our room came with breakfast which was just mediocre. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Hotel overall was pleasant with many areas that could be improved but I also had a great time there.
