My room was more than expected, The sound bar was a delightful touch. The bath and a half is much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful. I am a westerner so I am used to being able to have a beer at any time on the weekends, I know this is a universal experience in Taiwan hotels, however, not being able to have a beer in the hotel bar at noon is a little inconvenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us finish the check in process before the room was ready. Then they brought our luggage to the room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was also great. The location was very convenient to the light rail station and development stores. The only thing is that the lobby has very limited seats for guests to sit and relax.

Everything in this property is on point. Very accommodating staff who are friendly and always at hand. The location is perfect in the middle and walkable to the pier, LRT, public transportation. Do not forget to try Celebrity Cuisine on the 12th floor.

Lovely one night stay in themed Sanrio room (Gudetama). Staff came and explained room features and delivered welcome food and drinks. Separate photo room available on the Sanrio floor. Gift shop for souvenirs in the lobby which is connected to very nice department store.

Very nice reasonably priced hotel well located Kaohsiung. Room was very clean and spacious. Many restaurants are on the premises. They’re little tea room on the lobby floor is excellent.
