It was a wonderful 3-night stay. The location was convenient to many places, with a beautiful view of the Love River. The room was clean and well designed. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options. We would stay again when we return to Kaohsiung.

We had a wonderful stay here, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Amy and 慈慧 were incredibly helpful, especially when they arranged a last-minute car ride for us to Alishan after we had already checked out and had a lot of luggage with us. They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating throughout our entire stay, and always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city.

The good thing about this hotel was that the staff were really nice and helpful. However, I found dust in the elevator, the hangers in our room, and many other places. The management team should be aware of this. Also the breakfast is below the average. Less variety. The layout is confusing and I don’t know where to start to line up. The garage is also confusing. You need to drive into an elevator to go to the basement. Very frustrating experience. Will not come back.

Perfect choice of hotel in Kaohsiung. Great view of the Music Centre from our room and the Love River. There is a tram nearby that can connect you to their public transportation system. The bed was amazing, I had great sleep every night. Shower had great water pressure and Japanese toilet in room. The buffet was okay, but not the deal breaker. If you need ice, you can order it. Great hotel, I'd stay again.
