Stayed at the Silks Club for 3 nights with family. We all loved the modern, clean and spacious rooms with very attentive and helpful staffs. The location is good too - a short walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The only minor issue was noise - it was a little bit noisy on Friday night outside the hotel till 10pm or so.

Although this is my second stay at Silks Club, I am not able to comment on the soft product (services). I decided against breakfast because it didn't impress me on my first stay, and I did not have time to experience the bar. What I can say is that check-in and checkout was much smoother than my previous experience. However, Silks Club Kaohsiung has arguably the best facilities among all hotels in Taiwan. There is a lot of thought given to the details of the amenities it provides, the layout of the room, and the experience it wants to offer. If you want a high-end experience without feeling like you're in a behemoth place, Silks Club would be a better choice than the international chains nearby.

Love every moment that I stayed

Everything is perfect, the parking lot is bright, especially with the charger for Tesla, lobby is really beautiful with Art Piece, elegant and quiet, the staff helps me to check-in and park my Tesla as well, also the front door, they will look out for you if you wanna wait for the Uber or taxi, not to mention the room, I feel 100% safe coz the room key only authorized by the specific floor, I slept very well and feel energetic when I ready to hit the gym, hit the road in the morning, there’s more, i highly recommend the breakfast time, high floor with a breathtaking view, food super duper tasty, even though I have lactose intolerance, the staff & the cooks make sure to remove the dairy ingredients, I have never felt so much thoughtful table service, and the drinks from the late-night bar, the wine choice and the cocktails were perfect as well, thanks to all of the staffs from Silks Club, your hard work makes every stay-experience hard to forget, no doubt that I’d love to come back soon.

Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend.

之前到高雄都住洲際或是承億酒店，因為晚餐吃Ukai的原因，所以這次選擇住晶英，本來想說會不會因為飯店比較久，所以可能會舊舊的，沒想到房間整潔乾淨 所以都維持的非常好 整體硬體軟體設備跟住宿都很舒適 床也非常好睡 服務人員親切有禮貌 下次會再選擇住晶英酒店
