"Premium room was really no different then a regular room. For the rate. The kuireg machine wasnt working and I was sure breakfast was included when I booked but ended up not. The food at rhe hub could be a bit better for the price. Especially the bannock it was rock hard."

Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again. "

"We only stayed one night. When I called to ask for an early check in they put me on hold and then came back on the phone asking what my issue was…. When we got to the hotel not having the early check in the staff seemed friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was really good in the morning."
