Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One was not. The bed was hard. Breakfast was good, but not spectacular. The sauna was superb.

Place claims they have a hot tub under amenities they in fact do not…the front desk lady was very rude…I included the spa access with my room which was an additional charge but the lady did not let me into the spa access as paid for.

Hotellet var rent og rommet romslig med fin utsikt. Resepsjonist var ikke hyggelig, men fremstod streng og lite service innstilt. Vi fikk heller ikke badekåper og slipperser på rommet, og måtte spørre etter dette.

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum. Frühstück okay, aber nicht überragend, inklusive. Parkplätze sehr begrenzt vorhanden, für unseren Familienbus jedoch zu klein. Wir parkten 1,5 km entfernt, was mit Koffern, Hund und Kind sehr unpraktisch ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht englisch. Zimmerausstattung einfach, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, kleiner leerer Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank mit Minitresor. Einziger „Luxus“ = Haartrockner im Bad. 2 Gläser standen im (3-Bett) Zimmer zur Verfügung. Kein Mineralwasser, kein Tee, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine. Getränkeautomat an der Rezeption. Zimmer wurde als „Superior“ bezeichnet, weil Aufbettung für Kind = einfaches Klappbett. Durch den Platzbedarf des Klappbetts war der Schreibtisch nicht nutzbar und die Tür zum Bad war zur Hälfte verstellt. Laut brummende Relaisschaltung, sobald die Zimmerkarte gesteckt und der Strom eingeschaltet wird. Wir haben nachts die Karte herausgezogen, um schlafen zu können. Toilettengang findet dann im Dunkeln statt und das Handy lädt nicht. Pluspunkt: Hunde willkommen, 10€ pro Nacht. Es gibt aber keine Futternäpfe und keinen Hundekorb. Alle Zusatzleistungen berechnet das Hotel extra. Sehr schöne Sauna, Nutzung 15€ pro Person und Tag. Wartezeit auf Termin für Thai-Massage 3 Tage. Whirlpool kostenpflichtig (45€ für 20 Minuten), Nutzung war nicht möglich - es wäre vorher ein Arztgespräch nötig. Keine Sportmöglichkeiten, kein Fitnessbereich. Fazit: Schade, wir hatten etwas anderes erwartet.

Utomordentligt bra och prisvärt hotel. Mycket pittoresk omgivning med vackra byggnader. Tyvärr ingen gratis parkering. Bra frukost men för dålig kapacitet på kaffemaskinerna.

Sehr nettes Personal war besonders im Frühstücksraum leicht überfordert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber beim wunderschönen Wetter eine Klimaanlage würde gut tun.

Отличный отдых!!!

Очень красивый отель.Шикарный завтрак.Большое разнообразие холодных и горячих блюд.Вкусный кофе. Лечебную базу не успели оценить-были 2 ночи. Номер соответствует полностью описанию. На 3х дали двухкомнатный номер.Кровати удобные.Номерной фонд хороший.Персонал на ресепшен готов во всем помочь.Спасибо за гостеприимство!!!Обязательно приедем еще!!!

Отель ? Да, но.......

Оценка отеля неравнозначна: быстрая реакция персонала на запросы и отказ в просьбе гостю- музыканту воспользоваться инструментом, простаивающим в качестве мебели в укромном уголке ресторана.Безвкусные завтраки и отвратительный кофе тоже не улучшают впечатление об отеле при исчезновении еды на раздаче ещё за 10 минут до окончания завтрака. В остальном- неплохо.
