"I stayed for the second time at Pacific Club Resort, and they continue to live up to their 'home away from home' excellence.
The rooms and amenities are clean, comfortable and high quality, and all the staff are friendly and customer service focused - many remembered me from my last visit. I had an issue with the balcony door lock at 11pm at night that was fixed within 15 minutes - definitely exceeding my expectations.
I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made to order egg station, and the restaurant food is excellent. The resort is very close to a convenience store, fruit market and other restaurants and services, but far enough away from the main street to be safe and quiet.

"The hotel is definitely a 5 star resort. The grounds are very tropical with fish in several ponds and birds chirping. The restaurants by the ocean are great, and the food was very good as well. Had salmon and shrimp tostada on two occasions. The room with the balcony and hot tub was nice. Great view from the room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, and the spa is very tranquil with skilled massage therapists. Security is tight with guards checking all incoming vehicles. The only 2 drawbacks was my room was further towards the back of the property and you could hear road noise from time to time. Also, there are no chairs directly on the beach for this hotel. You either had to sit by the pool chairs that have chairs facing the beach or you have to walk down about a quarter mile to rent a chair for 100 bhat which was fine. Lastly some of the beach had some plastic bottles and such on and off the paths, and the flags were always up and red which prevented swimming. I took a cab further down to kata, and Karon beach further down to swim. All in all a great stay about 10 minutes by cab down to Bangla if you wanted the night life and about an hour to the airport. "

Kids pool, club and adjust breakfast and food at the bar's pool.
The only thing we have some trouble is crossibg the road with a baby carriage but we managed doing that twice a day.
It's located 3-4 minutes walking from seashore, and 10 minutes from the main street of Karon beach.
