A cute quaint family owned inn with spectacular staff. They always greeted me with a smile and a "namaste". Very safe, clean, and convenient jumping off point for exploring the Thamel district of Kathmandu. I will definitely be returning just to drink tea and conversate with the staff. It was very enlightening!
Our flight delayed a bit and we check in quite late, the gentleman wake up to help us check in, we really appreciated it! The room is clean and tidy with all the basic things you need, we depart for Nagarkot for one night they help us to store our luggage, thank you for their kindness!

The hotel is well placed in Thamel, and is slightly away from the really busy area, and tucked down a quiet alleyway. It has a more traditional style, which I liked, the owner was friendly, pleasant and helpful. He arranged a taxi for very early in the morning, and got up to ensure it arrived ok. It was a Sat night and I could hear the base thud thud of a nearby nightclub, it wasn't really loud but as I am sensitive to sound at night it did keep me awake, but my friend slept fine. The bathroom could have benefitted from a better clean, and a lick of paint, but overall the hotel was fine and our stay was ok. We weren't there long enough to try out the restaurant or see the whole hotel.
Great place to stay! Made me feel safe in a new place as a female by myself. Hot showers and electricity were available and a fan was provided for the room which was amazing. Will stay again after my trek!
Perfect stay in this lovely hotel, perfectly located in Thamel but isolated from the outside noise. The room is lovely, clean comfortable.
The owner is very helpful, full of good tips to navigate the city.
The restaurant on the rooftop prepares delicious food made with local organic product, I highly recommend for dinner.
Nepal Pavillion Inn is the place to stay in Kathmandu, The two brothers who own the property, Mahes and Prokas, were above satisfactory in terms of hospitality. When i arrived in Kathmandu the airline had lost my luggage, and when I mentioned it in passing to Mahes at the hotel he took the issue personally and worked all morning the next day on my behalf to find my luggage. The entire staff was kind, professional, friendly, and fun to be around. We didn't want to leave the hotel! You should absolutely stay at Nepal Pavillion Inn.
We absolutely loved the Nepal Pavilion Inn! It was beautifully appointed, immaculate, and run by the nicest people. We will always choose this hotel if in Kathmandu.
Very good location, great value for the money, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

nice place perhaps in summer, very cold in winter.
Very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, welcoming staff, nice airport pickup and good dinner, not so good on snacks. VERY COLD to stay in December. No heating, open windows without a way to close them (they kindly nailed a blanket over it for me) and intermittent hot water. A summer place only perhaps.

This is an OK budget hotel Price is ok once your allow for the fact you are paying a loading for Expeida. It is better known as the MT Annapurna hotel. It is NOT in the main thorough fare of AMRIT Marg. It is in a side street called Jyatha. Staff are nice.
with Mahesh and his team. Little hotel with such beautiful design, full of antiques (that you could actually buy!) Super friendly and extremely helpgul staff, and delicious food at the rooftop restaurant.

Excellent hotel close to Thamel Street. Recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in the heart of Thamel, the staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was nicely designed. There's a nice rooftop terrace bar/restaurant area. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was nice. It's a little noisy in the neighborhood at night - but this was fine by us (we expected the same being in downtown Thamel!). Happy to recommend.
Best boutique hotel in Kathmandu. Amazing architecture and helpful staffs. Mahesh and Prakash made my stay memoriable one. I reccommend this hotel to everyone.
