"There are so many things to like about this resort. Location, facilities, restaurant, transport services are a few. But above all else are the PEOPLE who staff this wonderful place. Reception, food service, dive shop, housekeeping…every person we encountered were welcoming & helpful. We hope they are well compensated as they make this the very special spot on Earth that it is."
"Quiete place, except some guests are shouting in the middle of the night in the swimming pole. The most funny part is, they have two dogs that greet the guest with their loud,,,aw, aw, aw,. Although the dogs are friendly but their bites are no jokes, a greeter dog is not good for business,,,,,aw, aw, aw. The owners are two foreigners, with foreigners look, that can actually speaks the local dialects,,,,hehehehehe. The local helpers are nice enough to give us some places to go.Swimming pole is...
"“Deluxe”, room of very low standard and high priced compared to standard rooms in other hotels I have stayed in. Service in restaurant of low standard.
Reception staff raised the standard somewhat"
"The serving staff, after a complaint to the operations manager, were fully retrained and then became close to international standards. Weekend evening very noisy from outside visitors. Smokers are definitely not welcome - smoking only in assigned area - NONE ASSIGNED!"
"Had some great advice from Sue the owner about where to go and visit while at same time was beachfront peaceful and quiet to.relax. Would go back again for a short break.
Cheers.Sue"
"The place was really nice. You can always take a boat ride to the white sand island. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of this hotel are the staff. I have been to 5 star hotels but this is really great natural hospitality you feel that it is not training that made them that nice. Thank you for the great time. Relax and enjoy a hidden gem"
"This was a tucked away plac, absolutely peaceful and very quiet. Amazing staff. I was in Camiguin for 2 weeks, (5days I was very sick) other than that I loved it there. I would stay again for sure. "
"The owners and staff really put a lot of personal touch in everything they do. I definitely will be back. Virgil and Alfie were awesome guiding us snorkeling. Johann was awesome. Just a great experience. "

We are resting and all of the sudden we hear a machine for grass cutter, so loud and anoing. Over all they can improve on customer service using human as a greeter and not animals."
