There is only one ice machine in The Signature building fourth floor On The Boutique the second floor ice machine is out of order Públic bathrooms on the Boutique are out of order Only one washer and dryer for both properties

I didn’t know there was separate versions of this hotel. In door and outdoor . Hotel and motel. The pool area needs a bit work. The room I was placed in the walls need cleaning.

I would not recommend this place. Soon as you walk in you notice a strong mildew odor. Since I was only staying for one night I checked in after midnight I decided to just bear thru it. However the next morning I woke to no hot water and a dead roach near the trash can. This place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I woulf sleep in my car before I ever book here again
