다 좋았지만, 첫날 와이파이가 안 된 점이 무지 아쉬웠다!
전체적으로는 거의 다 좋았는데, 첫날 와이파이가 안 된 점이 안좋았다. 다음날 고쳐주었지만, 첫날 와이파이가 안 돼 불편했다. 바로 고펴주었더라면 좋았을텐데 말이다.

취사가 가능하고 공항에서 가까워서 편리하고 좋았습니다. 입실 시 쾌쾌한 냄새 때문에 첫인상은 좋지 않았지만요~~^^ 참, 주변에 대형마켓도 있어요!

룸컨디션 조코 자쿠지 이용도 좋았습니다 키친시설이 너무 잘 되어 있어서 음식해먹기 정말 좋았어요 또 가더라도 이용할거에요 다만 3박이용했는데 7일이상 숙박아니면 방청소 안해주구 추가비용있어서 아쉬웠어요 처음 셋팅된 수건과 샴푸 로션만 제공되므로 사려면 추가비용지불해야한다는게 아쉽네요

다음에 코와이가도 또 이 호텔로 가고 싶어요
위치는 아주 좋습니다. 여러개의 호텔들이 같이 모여있어서 찾기도 편하고 저녁에는 마켓플레이스에서 공연도 하고 음식도 먹기 편하고 쇼핑할 만한 샵도 너무 많구요. 바로 길 건너 grocery shopping 또한 아주 편리합니다. 한 가지 불만 사항은 guest information 이 7-10 이라서 새벽에 체크아웃할때 방 안에 키를 놓아둔 채 와야 했습니다. 그래도 콘도 시설도 좋고 suite 라서 방에서 문을 닫으면 거실에서 불 켜놓아도 방해가 되지 않습니다. 다시 kauai 가도 또 이용하고 싶네요.

굿입니다
다른곳보다 저렴해서 무작정 예약해서 도착하니 친절하고 위치도 공항에서 가깝고 청결하고 좋더군요.바로 옆에 코코넛마켓플레이스와 메리어트호테로 있어 참 좋았습니다.

Significantly over priced for what you get. Barw minimum available and everything else is an extra charge. The sofa bed was nearly broken and was stained. The pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was tiny and had cracked tile and shower/flooring.

We reserved a room w a king bed, but were given a room w two doubles. They did correct the issue, but otherwise the property was very nice.

Perfect location if you don’t mind driving around the island(north shore/south side) There’s shopping center near by that you can walk to, 7min drive to Lydgate beach which is perfect for kids, and 2 nearby restaurants you can walk to for dinner. I believe there’s a pool each complex. Correct me if I’m wrong lol I would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a weird smell, and was very old and rundown. Lots of weird "fixes" like wood contact paper that was peeling off cabinet shelves. Last, but not least, there was a dribble of water out of the hot spigots,.. and no hot water.

Center between north and south sides of island. More cost effective than most places . Have stayed here before, this time was for 11 nights. Didn't arrive till 11:45pm, late delayed flight. Night watchman did good job of getting us registered and to our unit. Getting dated and worn in our unit. Everything worked though. The ABC store across the street has a great deli, lots of options for the meals not fixed in the condo. Safeway, Costco, Walmart all within minutes.

Location was great. The front desk receptionist was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. House keeping pour, rooms were incomplete, no TP, no paper towels for the kitchen, incomplete.

Good value in the middle of high range hotels!!
To be honest it was a little outdated however, in a great location...walk to path to watch the sun come up !! Walk to Sheraton or Lava Lava and Longs drugs!! Retro is totally in!!!

Got off of work excited to go to my room jump in the shower and just relaxed But when I turned on the water and let it run. It didn't get hot so I went to caretaker of property and he tells me I need to wait until the morning. It's morning and I still have no hot water to shower with

Happy to have stayed... this time.
A day before we were to arrive on Kauai we received a notice from the resort we had booked, that they would not be able to accommodate our reservation due to maintenance issues. We booked Plantation Hale Suites as it was the only available option we could find the day after Christmas and the day before we were to arrive! While the resort was pretty well kept, clean, service outstanding and location great, the facilities certainly show their age. Mainly the cooking appliances in the kitchen, the sofa bed and the bathroom. Range/oven seemed to have 2 settings, high or off. Microwave could hardly melt butter. And pretty sure I slept on that sofa bed at my grandmother's house in 1980 before she got rid of it. We were certainly grateful we had the place to stay given the circumstances, but not quite up to our usual standards. In terms of lodging, Think more Super 8 when we try to shoot for the Hampton or Holiday inn level. For price comparison, it was a few hundred dollars more last minute than the 2 bedroom oceanfront condo we had booked 7 months prior. Overall though it kept us from having to cancel our trip and served the purpose.

Only thing I didn’t like was the laundry app was difficult but I must say the office is really responsive. That made things better with the service we had it was great!
