"The bed was very average & was in fact 2 beds pulled together. So a notable split in the middle. The parking fee should be advertised better & at $59 per day per vehicle is excessive. Staff are friendly."

"The star rating given to Voco did not match our 6 day experience. Numerous issues such as congested reception area directly in front of lifts, poor water pressure throughout stay, hot water issues on last day, building/window cracking through the night with temperature changes, minimum towels and no washers or face cleaning kit supplied. Location is central, street is sloping and street front entry is often hampered by pedestrians/guest transfers. Hotel restaurant/bar is adjoining main reception and can be noisy when large tourist groups are checking in. Staff are friendly and willing to assist where possible. "
