"The staff at this hotel are super kind and helpful. The English speakers are few so if you do not speak Japanese just have your translate app handy to help them and yourself. We were a little sad the pool was closed and not maintained but the room was very authentic and really fun to stay in. It was the traditional experience we were looking for and the private onsen in room was wonderful to relax in. This is a very small town so if you do not want to hunt for dinner, I would recommend booking...

"大浴場のない個室の貸切風呂が6箇所もあるのは珍しいなと思いました。予約なしで空いていれば入れる形で3連休だったため混み合わないか不安でしたが特に待ち等は発生しませんでした。露天はアメニティやドライヤーが充実してないため、内風呂の方が使いやすい印象でした。また、冷房があまり効いていないかつ夏だったので風呂上がりは汗だくになってしまいました。その点は少し気になりました。施設は全体的に古めです。食事はどれもとても美味しかったです。特に金目鯛の煮付け。"

The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. "あらかじめ口コミを参考にして伺ったので、施設の古さなど承知の上でしたので、さほど気になりませんでしたが、それでもそろそろ室内のリニューアルされたらいいのになあ・・という具合です。 あいにくの雨続きでせっかくのオーシャンビューを楽しめませんでしたが、晴れたらかなりの美しさだと思います。 ウェルカムおでんやかき氷、飲み物飲み放題、露天風呂、屋内プール、バーで飲み放題、卓球と、ホテル内で楽しめました。従業員の方々は口コミ通り海外の方々でしたが、不真面目な日本人よりよっぽど笑顔で、丁寧に、しっかりとしたお仕事をされていました。また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。 "
