"I was not told the hotel is under construction and they would start from 9-5 and we couldn’t rest at all, especially that I’m pregnant and wanted to rest more and couldn’t . There was no hot water and I called them 4 times and basically said it is what it is . They couldn’t even move us to different room. The front desk lady was rude and would just stair at you. Towels were so tough that we felt like it was scratching our body. I would not come back . "

"Good location. Ala Moana shopping center is within walking distance as is the beach and downtown Waikiki. Rooms are clean and parking was convenient and hassle free. The hotel itself is due for an update, but it is clean and I had no issues."

"This is a terrible hotel. It is not on the beach. You have to use a QR code and get beach chairs from a neighboring hotel and carry it to the beach yourself: there are no hotel beach chairs. Rooms are much smaller than noted. They are not near 300 sq ft but more like 150. Closer to a 3 star then a 5 star "

"After upgrading our room, we actually were downgraded. We did not have an notion view. They offered to move us to another room with the exact same view, which was a slice of the ocean. We paid extra and they blamed Expedia. They did not do anything promised on Expedia and also they charged me a fortune in fees for things. I have no idea what they are. I think I might have been double billed because of the upgrade. At the end when I complained, they told me they would give me Hilton miles and when I went to book my next Hilton, they did nothing for me. I had offered to stay so they can work on the Hilton Miles and they said don’t worry about it so I left. I will never stay here again."

"Everything was amazing except for our room was located directly above the gym that is open 24 seven and we heard pounding all throughout the night all throughout the day from the weights and the resort was full capacity so we weren’t able to switch rooms so we did not get much sleep the five days we were there. "The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed."
