"The hotel was in a nice location, but they nickel and dime for everything. They charge for bags and to use the microwave due to not any being in the rooms. There was also a hidden $700 resort fee that I had to pay upon arrival. The pools were always crowded. Overall experience was okay."

"Although small, the room was clean. The bathroom was very small and had no ventilation. The parking price is insane — $50 per night. There is free street parking a couple of blocks away, or 2-hour paid parking if you are lucky enough to find an available spot. Breakfast was very good with plenty of different food options. It was very well organized so you don’t need to wait in a queue regardless of how many people are there. The staff were great. I forgot my quite expensive watch in the room and only found out about it when I arrived home. I called lost & found and they told me that they had it and could ship it right away. They took my credit card info and everything was perfectly fine. Thank you for being such honest people!"

"Not the same level of excellence I’m accustomed to at Embassy Suites. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Furniture was stiff. Didn’t make it to the Manager’s reception but breakfast was disappointing. No biscuits or gravy (maybe that’s southern states only?). The coffee was instant out of a machine, not good. "

"It was a beautiful six night seven days stay the atmosphere is amazing it is right in the middle of Waikiki and walkable to anything you needed to get to. The staff were amazing the room was clean and daily cleaned by housekeeping. The outdoor pool was on the 5th floor where the gym was and it's absolutely breathtaking fuse complimented the hotel as a whole"
