Please put curtain on the streetside windows to block the sunlight so that guest could rest even at daylight

Loved the spacious room for the price of it. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. Staffs were really nice as well. However, I found it a bit inconveniencing with the lack of room service for stay under five days. The parking was also another part I found a bit frustrating with the valet parking costing 50 a night, so I don’t it’s recommended for guests who are renting cars and driving.

The staff is so friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is kept clean throughout the day, and the rooms are very clean. Location is fantastic, one escalator ride down and you're right in the middle of everything; shopping, dining, entertainment, and the beach. The hotel is the location of the Cirque du Soliel so sometimes the lobby is crowded if you're leaving/coming back in the evening. I will be coming back!
