"*** Do not stay at this hotel! *** Firstly: During our stay of 11 days, one of the two elevators was always out of service. The remaining elevator did not work properly. On some days it only stopped at the Lobby and 14th floor. On other days, it stopped at every floor on the way up and the way down, easily taking 15 minutes to get to/from our room. On one day, the elevator was not working at all and we had to walk up 13 flights of stairs to our room. Secondly: the hot water system did not work for 2 days, and we were unable to have a shower to wash sand and salt off after visiting the beach. "
