"The ocean and mountains were visible from the room. The lanai was wonderful to have. Note: the resort is older and small details reveal the age, like popcorn ceilings and maybe peeling veneer on random furniture. Staff and charm and history outweigh these asthetic concerns. It is a beautiful, welcoming resort!"

"This was our third stay at the Waikiki resort hotel, the first being in 2016. while they have done some nice updating in certain areas, such as the new games room by the lobby and the buffet breakfast for guests, the rooms themselves felt old and in need of a 'deep clean'. The staff are very courteous and all in all a good hotel. "

We purchased breakfast vouchers with our stay, big win especially being able to have a buffet breakfast at Duke’s which kept us full and satisfied. Close to Target so we could have snacks available. The hotel is remodeling currently, but it was a great stay. "

We also really liked the 24 hour fitness spot, it had a decent amount of machines and being 24 hours was a plus. The hotel was also very clean. We will absolutely be staying here again as we visit Waikiki every year, "
