Hotel staffs were friendly and property was clean. But not all of the staff in the front desk was helpful it depends on who you get.
Pool policy not too clear and staffs were not too struck to those people who eat in the jacuzzi or kids climbing and jumping on the rocks by the pool. And don’t eat at the Rumfire ( the restaurant in the hotel) . Manager not helpful and they don’t tell you beforehand they will charge 20% tips if you 5 people or more. Feeling forced to pay the tips when the service was not there . Highly not recommended
