One of the two elevators was not functioning (nothing said about it at check-in, never asked why) so that made getting to your room/car with bags a 3-5 ride wait, as everyone was using the one elevator. The breakfast was great and what you would expect for a typical BW breakfast room. The one off-putting experience came with the morning shower and when moving the shower curtain, a massive cockroach dropped to the floor from in between the two curtains. Yuck."
