"Room view was beautiful. Overlooked beach from balcony and window. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing (maybe add peanut butter for toast) wish there were more complimentary items for free instead of paying for things you forgot! The waiting for elevators was outrageous. We had to take the stairs several times and we were on the 16th floor, so it was not fun for all 5 of us. Overall it was a great time! "

"We booked a 2 queen bed room for our family of 5 and they let us know at checkin that they only had a 1 king bedroom and they would bring a rollaway bed and wouldnt charge us for it. The rollaway bed was the worst bed ever and the pullout bed was just as bad so we were stuck with 1 bed for us 5. They didnt compensate us or do anything to help out our situation. "

"First half of our trip we faced away from the beach, but it was still a great view. The second half of the trip we had a partial beach view but we still were able to watch the sunset."
