"I love this hotel, the view when checking-in is gorgeous, beach access is also a plus and you have a few pools to choose from. There’s a few restaurants walking distance if you’re not wanting to go to Waikīkī. My only complaint would be the parking fees which is ridiculously too pricey. I believe it should be a reasonable price especially since you’re staying there. "

"Waiki in general at night time gets a little sketchy but overall it was a good hotel great staff, clean, and close walk to the “strip” where all the restaurants and shopping was."

"The staff were amazing even when we had to book extra nights because of airline cancellations. They helped when there was the tsunami warning and evacuations "

"We stayed as a family with children 3 & 12. Enjoyed every day, room service was great, the room with a kitchen is very convenient due to the large fridge. We had room with view on the city - still great - 23rd floor. At night, not too loud. AC was working great, 5 elevators are sufficient for the property. Area around is very attractive with lots of options for swimming, dining, shopping and walking. Complementary ice cream and parties on Fridays are joy for kids"
