Also unlike others complaining, I absolutely loved having on screen communication. Excellent and friendly. Very quick response for every single thing we needed. The breakfast staff was also VERY friendly… even letting us use the sink in the back to get eggshells off the eggs! Great parking, pre-checkin and online checkout were definite...

“La limpieza fue algo bueno pero el hotel no está tan cuidado me refiero el interior de las habitaciones por ejemplo la 125 tiene el baño muy desgastado pero funcional, la piscina es pequeña pero todo limpio, está en construcción actualmente la parte izquierda del hotel con un puente aero, por lo que se siente un poco de ruido del tráfico, en general para el precio no es tan mal. El aire acondicionado bien frío.”

“I booked into a room and the room was great until we tried to use the shower. The lever was broken. We were switched to another room down the hall to accommodate us. My wife entered 1st and was going to move the covers to lay our kids down and a big roach came out. My wife said lets get out of here. i went to the front desk and told them my experience and showed them the picture of the roach on the bed. We left. ”
