"I recently stayed at the Wyndham and, despite seeing some mixed reviews, decided to give it a chance. I am very glad I did. My experience exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the owner and staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is refreshing to find a business that truly values customer service and takes pride in caring for its guests. The property itself is beautiful, with peaceful country views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool is exceptionally well maintained and was one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large beds and excellent air conditioning. It is clear that a great deal of effort goes into maintaining the property and creating a positive experience for guests. The hotel also offers breakfast and provides amenities that make it an excellent value compared to many other accommodations in the area. If you are considering staying here, I would encourage you not to let a few negative reviews deter you. My experience was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in the area, and I highly recommend it. I am not related to owner or manager I was a guest and have never met them before my stay at the days in."

"We stayed for one night while visiting Idlewild for the first time and thought the location was fairly close(25 minutes) and the price was a good value considering the Zoo was also on the same property and gave a discount. Our room was upstairs and had nice vaulted ceilings and rustic features,beds where comfy and clean,and the fireplace was a nice touch. The shower pressure was Great but the heater and toilet where both dirty and the shower handle was broke and would fall off. Overall I think its an inexpensive option compared to the other places to stay local....only con was the bathroom and gross toilet."

"If you come to this area and need a hotel, COME HERE! I cant say enough great things about the hotel itself, the staff, breakfast etc! The staff are really what makes it so nice to stay at though! The girls here are so sweet and genuinely amazing people. I would give it 100 stars if I could!"

"The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable, but the sofa was very worn. The bathroom was clean, but the carpet throughout the room hadn't been vacuumed from the previous guest it had food crumbs and other things on it. The front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel and the staff attending to breakfast was friendly. I would stay again."
