"Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok many options. Evening meal 1st night not good steak was chewy and grisly, for £37 not happy told the waitress and she took off service charge which was t right as the service charge is for waiting staff. The payment should have been reduced as we had to meals of the ribeye steak and both were grisly and chewy. The waitress told us they have changed suppliers, it’s clear they have changed for a cheaper cut of meat as we had this last year and it was the best...
