“Non smoking room but cigarette smoked filled the room . Had to stay at another hotel”

“The property was nice, clean, and had a variety of sitting areas. The Wi-Fi in the fitness areas was almost non-existent and connectivity was limited. The history of the hotel and surrounding buildings was fascinating and the educational information/displays provided was very informative.”

“As soon as you walk in, you can tell that the pictures are not what the advertisements show, you automatically smell cigarettes and cigars, walk into your room you’ll see your stained carpet and stained walls. Mine looked like it had poop smeared on the walls, the room was halfway vacuumed from the people before me. I got a pet friendly room and my dog came to meet with an old chocolate bar in her mouth, also found somebody’s chewed up gummy’s under the TV area where the chair goes.Bathrooms are...
