In our week's stay, we had to change rooms 3 times. In the first room they put us in, upon walking in, we were impressed by the big size of the rooms, more like an apartment. This was Room 1006. Soon, we discovered we had no hot water, there was a leak under the basin and the light outside the bedroom would not turn off. We also had no pool view which was our request when making the booking. The next day, we were moved to room No. 2017. Still no direct pool view. The air conditioner in the room leaked and had wet most of our clothes in the wardrobe directly under the air conditioner! To fix the air conditioner, the maintenance guy just put a plastic container to catch the drips and it made an awful dripping sound, in which it would have been very disturbing to try and sleep with. The bathroom light was very dim, so as a solution, they put up a fluorescent light, which straight away fell & hurt my wifes hand when she caught it. Apparently, they had it just balancing on a loose screw!!!! (so dangerous).
The air conditioner in the lounge room also needed fixing but instead they made it very noisy!
Tiles were missing from the pool. Wi-fi was very bad. No hairdryer supplied unless requested and you had to pay for a deposit. The fixed shower head is only good for short people. After every shower, the bathroom floor would get flooded.
Water also was leaking from the ceiling one evening. There was no plug in the basin in the bathroom, leaving a huge hole in the drain.
