“Really impressive building, architecturally fully of history. Lovely, welcoming and super hospitable and respectful staff. A bit of a family feel to the place. Warm, comfy, spacious and great shower. Super accommodating of dogs with treats, bowls and bins. Dogs even permitted in the restaurant! I didn’t try the restaurant but breakfast menu looked lovely. In terms of value for money - excellent. Highly recommend. ”

“This is the second time we have stayed at the Bears Paw. booking was easy and Hotels.com very helpful in how to upgrade room. We initially booked a standard room at a very good price especially as it included breakfast, However the standard bedrooms have a shower over the bath and so anyone with mobility issues might find this difficult to access.
