“I had asked for my room to be cleaned I came back from a long day an it wasn’t cleaned I was told they forgot … than I received a knock at my door at 9am from house keeping asking if I was still in the room the day I had to check out … I wasn’t sure why they went out the way to knock at 9 am when check outs at 11am but couldn’t clean my room when I had asked but very admitted on checking of if I was still there”

“Overall, the place was okay with cleaning and my room was cleaned. Even though the bed was kinda uneven. The staff was helpful.”

“It was the most terrible hotel in my life. It was a place for homeless family. Very small room. Poor bed. No dishes and utensils. No towels. Smells. Dirty. No room service. Severe noise from Highway 95. Rough people. It was hell to us.”

“It's really good hotel. Staff so kind, room so amazing clean. I'll stay again”

“객실 깨끗하고 친절한 직원”

“Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new.”

“Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking”

“The staff were very friendly, but the furniture in the room was dusty, the soundproofing was poor, and the indoor thermostat was very noisy.”

“Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

“It looked good”

“This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.”
