"Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. Double bed small. Dining/bar area large and roomy.
On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long. The lady was quite sharp and not pleasant. I found it hard to believe because the car...
"The staff were lovely and couldn't have been better. Our room had a bathroom across the hall which opened with a key. A little strange and not great for a 3am wee. We ate here and the food was ok."
