"A good basic hotel with everything we needed for a 3-day stay. Room was very comfortable, with a king size bed and even a little sitting area with couch and chair and table. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, with a good coffee machine (choices of different types of coffee, which was very nice!) Location good, walking distance to a pretty good Mexican restaurant, and fancier restaurants just a few minutes away. Penn Yan is a cute little town right on beautiful Keuka Lake...very peaceful and serene. The whole area is absolutely beautiful. We drove all over and really enjoyed the wonderful scenery. Most of the activities we did seemed to be more south, however (like Treman State Park, Buttermilk Falls, Watkins Glen, Montour Falls, Ithaca) and the town is a bit too far away from many of those places. Next time we'd probably stay closer to the southern part of either Seneca Lake or Cayuga."

"From the moment we walked in we knew it was a wonderful choice. Daniel at the front desk was kind and incredibly helpful and accommodating! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we slept very peacefully. It’s conveniently located with a great Mexican food restaurant a three minute drive away. It was an easy drive to and from CMAC for a concert. It was great to have options right there for a late night snack and the included breakfast also had lots of delicious options. Being right on the lake was amazing with a nice trail and perfect picture opportunities. We agreed we couldn’t ask for anything more!"

"Hotelthe front desk ladies, on arrival and upon leaving and once in between were absolutely rude. Like speaking to them was bothering them. Otherwise perfectly great stay. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were so clean and great water pressure in shower. The property was so pretty."
