“Have stayed here many times, but after yesterday, never again. First off, I was charged a higher price than what I reserved the room for. When I checked out, i asked the clerk at the desk why the price went up. She was rude and not helpful, offering me no solution. Previous times upon checking out, I've been asked how my stay was, and offered a printed receipt. This time, the clerk acted like i was a bother and told me to "throw the room keys in the basket and I would be emailed a receipt " I...

“It was under renovation, very dusty and the pool and hot tub’s water were so dirty. It was obvious they haven’t treated the water properly with the chemicals needed or the maintenance person in charge of that hasn’t been doing their job.”
