"Fantastic location next to the marina, cruise ship docks and shopping. Hotel needs updating but the location more than makes up for that. Lolita’s Restaurant, on hotel property, is fantastic for really breathtaking sunset dining! Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in but the staff were quick to address and correct. The A/C was really loud and couldn’t quite keep up. Overall very nice resort and great location. Would gladly stay here again."

"We had a three bedroom waterfront villa in early October. Parrot Key is well designed, feels high end, and was very comfortable for our family of five. The view from the balcony and terrace is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with our thermostat but it is being replaced. The valet and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"The resort was nice. Room was clean. Shuttle to downtown was excellent. Would stay here again. The only comment would be that the resort was showing some wear. We stayed 2 nights and were happy with our stay for what we paid."

"The rooms were nice. The staff were friendly, but the back yard lounge/pool area was my favourite. Beautiful place to longe day or night. The free shuttle to Duval street runs every hour and made it so easy to enjoy downtown!"

"After 6 pm the front desk staff won’t answer the phone. AC was broke and the maintenance guy said it was fine because the temp of the AC was cold but the fan wasn’t blowing. He said they are all like that. I had to ask to be moved to another room, which the AC worked fine. $50 a night for parking and $65 for resort fee is absurd."
