I really wanted to love it. The staff was awesome. Upgraded our room to a pool view without our request, so nice of them. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pool was nice! Full of kids. ( The hot tub was broken.) The lobby was inviting and bright. But driving around to the back to find our room left me feeling like I was using the service entrance. (I wasn’t) Elevator did not work, carried our bags up 3 flights. Got ready for dinner - the bathroom sink did not drain. The shower was awesome , great pressure, lots of hot water. Woke up in the early AM to people talking loudly by the pool - ok, comes with the territory. Headed to the beach across the street - beautiful and they had beach chairs. (Which is why I chose to stay in this location. But honestly- for the $ - I felt like it was not worth it. We did not eat there - but seemed like people were into it.
