Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Roxanna! During check-in, at least 6 or 7 of us arrived at the same time. Roxanna was so patient and calm with each one! I had several interactions with her and she was very knowledgeable about the area and dining choices! We loved the pet area, the balcony and the hot tub! All of the staff were friendly!

The location was great on top of the hill. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They also had a hot tub and pool. We love hot tubs. There were lots of restaurants close by, even though it was kind of crowded. Beautiful little city.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind, the hot tub was a must have after a long day on the road. Everything was very clean and well maintained, my only complaint from our stay was that the pool felt like an ice plunge and one of the beds in the room slipped off the frame when sat on the edge.

Nice parking arrangement, which is good as elevators were Not working. Breakfast was acceptable. Walk up the driveway is do-able for out of shape EVEN AFTER WALKING DOWN THE STRIP & BACK. View is amazing - worth the up charge for “Monument View” room. But - DO NOT LEAN ON BALCONY RAILINGS!! Only 2 bolts in center and rain drainpipe were holding us AC unit in room stopped working on check out day.

Hallways needed a good vacuuming. The pool is not heated, it's absolutely freezing, my grandkids lips were turning blue after a few minutes. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't speak to that. It's right in Keystone so you can walk into the town where there's plenty of food choices. It's decent value for money based on the area.
