Broken Elevator, hot tub and pain
Elevators weren't working, Carrying luggage and stuff up three flights of stairs and walking in ski boots up and down , carrying kids up and down the stairs was very very inconvenient. Hot tub was broken on day 1, was fixed later but only one was working, ran out of towels at hot tub on days 2 and 3 and weren't replaced. Late checkin after 2pm and early checkout 10am, request was denied to extend by an hour. Asked if we could leave our car parked in garage after check out and was told key card expires and will have to walk to the office which is about a 0.5 miles from property to get an temp access key to garage. While location was great , all the above issues made the experience a bit painful. Hope to receive a discount if i ever were to go back here for the lack of basic amenities and service
