“Rooms were spacious and nice ”

“Hotel has not been updated since approximately the 1990s. The pool table is damaged, the ping pong table was damaged. The carpeting throughout was dirty. No patio furniture. The mattress on the pull-out couch had a stain. No ironing board in room and when was provided with one, the cover had large permanent ripples in it, so could not use it. Bar code to order from hotel restaurant did not work. No cable and not mentioned online or by front desk. Parking area striping was faded, leaking...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. The hot tub and pool area were also a great bonus after a day of hiking, and we appreciated the filtered water bottle filling stations throughout the...

“The place was okay, but there seemed to be only one guy to check in with or go ask questions. There’s not even really a “front desk” to this hotel. Room furniture was adequate but uncomfortable. Kitchen was supplied with basic appliances. Overall no complaints but the place was not what I would call high end.”

“Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.”

“The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. ”
