"The hotel is a lovely looking hotel & space but believe me for a 5 star hotel the service & communal area were overwhelming with rudeness, abrupt or clueless staff, mess all around n the floors in the Lounge & at breakfast. "It was very interesting to stay there at the beginning of the war, but they were understanding and they cared about people safety. They didn’t give any deal since we were stuck, but I asked anyway I stayed one extra night and then found a place that was cheaper."

"Excellent location and price. Room was quite large especially for it being a city center property. Room needed to be cleaner. There were sunflower seed shells on the carpet. Bathroom lacked shelving and hooks to hang towels."
