"I stayed at 12 Residence for 1 night with my husband and mom, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, which made our stay comfortable, especially traveling with family. What stood out the most was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was great with plenty of food and small shops where you can purchase any thing you want. Breakfast was great and lively, I found no downside to this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a spacious and comfortable long or short term stay."

"I stayed at Don Muerng Hotel for 1 nights with my husband and mom, and overall it was a different experience. The rooms were comfortable not very clean just decent. The keycard room did not work had to use an actual key. What stood out the most dispite the incident was the staff—they were friendly and attentive, willing to help. The location is decent alot street food vendors nearby, which we really enjoyed. It gave us a chance to experience more local food options right outside the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is decent breakfast is okay for a one night stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable short term stay."

"Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well."
