Very modern designed hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment very good. Although room was nicely appointed we didn't like the bed. It had a large frame but king size mattress didn't cover all of it. Thought it was dangerous with sides of frame exposed on each side We both knocked our legs when getting in and out of bed. Not good for elderly people.Also no wardrobe available.

Very modern hotel with friendly service and good food options. Level 27 dining great. For breakfast or evening meals . We had an air conditioner that was a little too cool but they came and adjusted in professional manner

Top notch
Booked hotel as I know the area and wanted to relax, reacquaint with my family in a higher end hotel. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent from all sections of staff, rooftop pool area with skywalk was clean, well maintained and has good views over the city. As I arrived late in the evening I only used the restaurant for breakfast and the quality /options of food for local and international travellers was very good.

Relaxed break after a solo road trip
Khon kaen was a pit stop for me before and after a 710km long road trip. Ad lib was a wonderful place to take a breaks and relax .. well located nicely done up and very comfortable..

Hotel was poorly designed very confusing getting to your room and staff is not educated to help either.. Better instructions for elevator use.. Management needs to address this but I find it's ongoing in Asia... 5 people standing around not knowing what to do . Blind leading the blind. Very few know what to do it's just the standard. beautiful gym .

One of the newest properties in Khon Kaen. Suites are small and just studio suites without a separate bedroom. Illy coffeemaker in the bedroom was great. No bathtub in the bathroom, only a shower.

J’avais booker cet hôtel pour mon retour en Thaïlande avec ma femme. J’ai eu malheureusement des problèmes avec mon vol et je ne pouvais pas venir à temps comme prévu. J’ai contacté le staff pour voir si c’était possible de bouger la réservation de 24 heures. Ils ont compris ma situation et m’ont arrangé sans frais la modification. Ce qui m’a enlevé énormément de stresse. Nous avions réserver la chambre la plus dispendieuse avec le bain et la vue superbe de la ville à l’étage 24. Cet hôtel est maintenant mon préféré de khon kaen et je vais y retourner bientôt sans soucis. Je recommande de manger à leur restaurant c’est vraiment très bon et agréable de manger au 27e avec la vue et tout. Tout le staff est sympathique et nous donne le goût de rester.

新しく綺麗なホテル
空港から20分弱のホテルで新しい。 新しいため、きれいで、Wi-Fiの環境も問題ありませんでした。バルコニー付の部屋で、高層ビルも周りにはほとんどないため、眺めも良いです。 プールは、開放感がとても良いです。 大きさも20ｍあり、広めと思います。 部屋に行くには、一度、27階のレストラン階まで上がり、レストランを通過して、別のエレベーターに乗るのは、面倒と感じました。 泊まった部屋の壁が薄いのか、となりで掃除が始まるとかなり音が聞こえました。 コンビニも近く、マッサージ店も5分以内に数軒あります。ちょっと行くとレストランとビアバーがあったように思います。15分も歩けば、ショッピングモールがあるので、こちらには何でもありました。 利便性は良いと思います。 スリッパがふかふかで、高級感がありました。

Very good and clean new 4 stars hotel in Khon Kaen
I have nothing to complain about, as you get what you pay for no matter where you are in the world. The biggest minus was that there would only have been a welcome drink (or something from the bakery on the first floor) or some beer and soft drinks and snacks for free in the rooms (Kaen Corner Suites King) when you paid a lot for the room. I hope next time.. But otherwise very good service and delicious breakfast with nice view over Khon Kaen city. I will come back in future.
