"The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again."

"Pool was closed by the county health department which would have been nice to know when booking. Our pull out couch mattress was terribly stained and disgusting. Toilet handle was nearly broken off and had to hold on to the toilet seat to keep it up. Breakfast was less than impressive. All juices were watered down and tasted terrible. Had to keep asking for things to be refilled even though there was still 2 hours left in breakfast hours. Would not recommend staying here."

"The room was in very poor shape, there was no cold water in the bathroom - when the faucit was turned on to cold nothing came out!, the toilet was very hard to flush. The bathroom door was swollen due to moisture and we could not close it. Breakfast was por at best, the selection was very limited and not fresh."

"The first night we arrived, we went to take a shower and realized there was only one towel in the bathroom. I thought it was weird that there was not a “Do Not Disturb” sign to put on the door. And then I realized why there wasn’t one. They do not have housekeepers that come by each day to make the bed and keep the rooms clean. The AC in the room was the loudest that I have ever experienced, it literally woke me up when it would kick on in the middle of the night. The bedding was poor quality also. Definitely not worth what we paid to stay there."

"Is disappointed how I have to call a week after, to get my deposit back, and also they don’t offer room services unless the staying is more than three days, I’m very disappointed "
