Omg. Do not think twice. Book now. Everything from our check in process to the balconies and locating were perfect. We enjoyed everything. The pool and view, the friendly staff, the incredible condo that was clean and week maintained . Yes, we even lined the chickens running around all over Maui. If we ever come back, this is where e will stay.

The room and property were nice, except for the gaint cockroaches (2 inches long) we kill in the kitchen. Now my wife is worried that we will be bringing something home in our luggage. I guess they are kinda common in Hawaii, just unexpected for the money your paying.

The property is very dated and far from being clean. The room we got is VERY different from the photos of the models. The room was large and indeed had some kind of the view of the ocean. But I would not return to this place. You deserve better on your trip to amazing Maui!

The property was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Plenty of beach toys for our use. The room was so spacious and gave us room to spread out. The pool was amazing. There was a little hiccup with having the ocean view room we paid for, but even without the view, our room was perfect.

We stayed here with another couple for three nights and loved it! The condo was very clean and had a great selection of cooking supplies and spices. The BBQ worked well and had plenty of propane. The condo was also in a great location, and we had amazing ocean views from the balcony. It was very convenient to get to nearby beaches, and the South Maui Gardens food trucks were just minutes away! The only minor criticism we had was with the check-in communication. We arrived at the property early, around 2:00 p.m., and asked if an early check-in might be possible. The staff member told us they would call when the condo was ready or that we could check back at the normal 4:00 p.m. check-in time. When we returned at 4:00 p.m., there was a different staff member at the desk who wasn't aware of our earlier conversation or early check-in request. It wasn't a major issue by any means, but the communication between staff could have been a little better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo!

Overall this is a good place to stay for vacation. Location is perfect either going east or west. Just one thing they can improve. I’m ok with no liquid shower gel but they should replace the near-finished soap bar.

Everything was perfect, the staff were incredible, room was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, the room was beyond excellent and the cleaning staff checked on us everyday. There was a beautiful fruit basket in the room when we checked in. Within walking distance to Kīhei boat landing, only a couple miles from the best beaches in either direction and a Foodland. Great restaurants. Wish I had the words to describe how wonderful our stay was. Beyond perfect or anything I could have ever expected. Mahalo Maui Hill

I loved my stay at Maui Hill! The property is beautiful, the staff are awesome, and the amenities are perfect. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated but we were happy with our time there.

Overall great property! Very friendly staff who helped us with an earlier check-in and checkout time when things came up. The pool was great and it’s a great location/beautiful property and value for the cost was amazing. There were a lot of bugs in our place and the water was shutoff for a day and communication around that could have been better but I recommend this place 100%
